Beverly House

The house on Beverly began with owners who loved their neighborhood but needed more space for their growing family. The hand pitched stone of the original house gave many clues to the design solution - how to add stone in a complementary way, not a mimic. Sloped lot was an opportunity to have a dropped living room that opened directly to the play yard.
