Sinclair House

The Sinclair Project is a new two story home for a growing family in Rosedale. Welcoming front porch and open carport reflects the scale and character of the neighborhood and the owners. The linear floor plan steps down to the rear to follow the land. Front sitting room, family living room and kitchen are arranged in an open plan with arches and ceiling coffers delineating the different spaces. Broken roof forms, gables and cantilevers reflect the rooms inside and give character.
